Early Saturday morning, on November 9 2013,before the sun would even rise, you could find the "usual culprits", Rod Vaugn and Debbie and Joe High, setting up the Flags around the lake at County Club Town Homes, while waiting for the rest of the Rotary Crew and the Boy Scouts from Troop 232.
We wrapped it up in less that an hour. 100 Flags later, What a sight to behold!!
