Rotary Fellowship Month
June marks the month of Rotary Fellowships, a time for Rotarians and Rotaractors to come together and celebrate their membership in Rotary International. We encourage all our members to learn more about this significant aspect of our organization and share the information with fellow Rotarians. Let us embrace the spirit of fellowship and continue creating hope in the world

On June 7, 2023, we gathered at the Corpus Christi Country Club for our weekly Rotary Club Meeting, which turned out to be President Greg Perks' final meeting as our leader. The attendance was fantastic, and we appreciate everyone who made it a memorable event

Economic Development Presentation by Sarah Tindall:
During that meeting, we had the privilege of listening to Sarah Tindall's insightful presentation on Economic Development in the Coastal Bend. Her expertise shed light on crucial aspects that affect our community, and we appreciate her contribution. As always, the delicious lunch provided an opportunity for camaraderie and strengthening our bonds as Rotarians

Impacting Little Rays of Sunshine at Los Pequenos Head Start Program:
We received heartfelt gratitude from Dr. Esther Jones, the Health Coordinator at Nueces County Community Action Agency, for our involvement with the Los Pequenos Head Start Program. On May 23, 2023, members of our Rotary Club read to the kids, leaving a positive impact on these little rays of sunshine. We are proud of the meaningful work we do to create hope in the world.

New Officer Installation and President Transition:
June 14, 2023, marked a special day as we conducted the New Officer Installation at the Corpus Christi Country Club. We express our gratitude to President Greg Perks for his outstanding leadership and congratulate Sulu Modak on assuming the role of our new President. The occasion was filled with gratitude and celebration.
