RAMP Champs 19 Nov 2013

"RAMP Champs" built a wheelchair ramp on Birch Street as part of our ongoing community service Wheelchair Ramp Project. The recipient of the ramp had tears in her eyes and hugs for her new Rotarian friends who were able to improve her quality of life by providing her with safe access to her home so she will be able to reclaim her independence. The recipient immediately used her wheeled walker to walk down to her driveway and enthusiastically said, “I’m free.” PHOTO CREDIT: LTG Debbie High, not pictured.
